NexVape Wholesale supplies exclusively to businesses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer shipping services outside the UK.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 business hours following successful payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

In the event of any unexpected delay, our team will contact you promptly via email with an update on your order status.

Delivery Information

We ship all orders using DPD to ensure a reliable and secure delivery service.

Delivery Charges

• £7.99 + VAT for orders under £200.00 (Excl. VAT)
• FREE UK Delivery on orders over £200.00 (Excl. VAT)

Estimated Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 1–2 working days
• Most orders arrive on the next working day after dispatch, depending on location and courier performance.

Delivery Address

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate before completing their purchase.

NexVape Wholesale cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.

Order Tracking

Every order is dispatched with a tracking number. Once your parcel has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or any customer-related issue, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
